Refund policy

We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return window

You may return any item within 3 days of receiving your order.

Condition

Returned items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, spotless, and in their original packaging exactly as delivered.

How to return

To start a return, contact us on WhatsApp or email manager@limitedlux.me within the return window. We arrange the pickup with our delivery partner, or you can hand the item back to the same courier on a return trip — whichever is more convenient. We cover the return shipping cost.

There is no restocking fee. Sale and clearance items are returnable on the same terms.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, take photos immediately, contact us via WhatsApp, and return the item with the courier. We'll process a full refund as soon as the return is in.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within up to 3 working days of the courier returning your item to us (timing depends on the delivery company).
  • Cash on Delivery orders: the delivery courier returns your payment in cash on the same trip when you hand back the item.
  • Card and online payments: refunded to the original payment method.
